Directions to Schweizer Reineke Golf Club from Johannesburg to Schweizer Reineke, is travel on the N12 through Potchefstroom and Klerksdorp. Take the Wolmaransstad turn-off to the right. In the town of Wolmaransstad turn right at the first street (a signboard to Schweizer Reineke), and once in Schweizer Reinkek, turn right at the third stop street (Shell Garage) and go over a bridge and a stop street. Pass the school on the left hand onto a gravel road and follow the signs to the golf club.

Directions to the Mandini Golf Club is, from Durban travel on the N2 North Coast highway, take the Mandini turn-off and travel with the main road into town. Lichtenburg is the centre of a huge farming district where maize, groundnuts and sunflower seeds are the main crops.  With its unique historical background and places of interest, coupled with its tranquil, moderate climate, it is worth a stop-over. Activities include the North West Agricultural Museum with a wonderful collection of old farm implements and tractors, the Ampie Bosman Cultural History Museum.

Directions to Lichtenburg Golf Club from Johannesburg, travel on the N14 going past Ventersdorp and Coligny. From Coligny to Lichtenburg on the R503, cross over a railway line and travel for approximately 4km where you will reach a crossing (Zenex Garage on right hand side and the main road is Hendrik Potgieter Street). Turn left and left again and travel towards the golf club.

Leeudoringstad village was founded on the farm Rietkuil in 1920, and named after a particular type of thorn bush that once grew in abundance in the area. Wolwespruit Nature Reserve is located on the banks of the Vaal River, about 2km from town, and is home to many antelope species.

Directions to the Leeudoringstad Golf Club is from Johannesburg, travel south towards the N12 Potchefstroom (on the N1 Roodepoort, N3/N12 Kimberley or M1 Bloemfontein/Kimberley). Turn onto the N12 towards Potchefstroom/Klerksdorp. Before reaching Klerksdorp take the Orkney/Vaal River turn-off to the left, continue straight, going into Orkney. At the first set of traffic lights turn right and at the next set of traffic lights turn left. Proceed straight over the 4-way stop (outside Orkney), and carry on towards Leeudoringstad. Travel for approximately 50km to Leeudoringstad and at the 4-way stop turn right and the golf course in on the left hand side.
