Shark River Golf Club is a challenging 9-hole course located within the military base at Forest Hill, Port Elizabeth. The club has invested in improving the greens, fairways and course layout, and today it enjoys a reputation as the best value-for-money golf club in Port Elizabeth.

Shark River Golf Club (formerly Eastern Province Command Golf Club) was established in 1948, and was exclusively for Defence Force personnel and consisted of five holes, then, in 1978 the course was opened to the public. The club is situated on the military Base in Forest Hill next to Port Elizabeth Airport.

Roodepoort Country Club is located in the tranquil countryside of Ruimsig, west of Johannesburg, and is one of South Africa’s most challenging championship golf courses. It is a platinum ranked course consistently among the top 10 in South Africa, with spectacular rolling bent grass greens, 72 bunkers and 7 water hazards offering all handicap golfers a challenge.

Directions to the Roodepoort Country Club, is travelon the N1 to Roodepoort, take the 14th Avenue off-ramp. At the bottom of the off-ramp turn right and at the 4th traffic light (Hendrik Potgieter Drive), turn right towards Constantia Kloof. (The M47 to Krugersdorp). Travel on this road for approximately 9km and turn right into Peter Road. About 400m on Peter Road, turn left into Hole In One Avenue, and the golf course is on the right hand side.

The Lutzville Golf Club is a well maintained course, classed as one of the best in the area, and a real challenge to the low handicaps. It is located about 300km from Cape Town on the R27.

Directions to the Lutzville Golf Club, is from Cape Town travel on the N7 towards Clanwilliam, pass Clanwilliam and turn off at the N7 at Klawer and continue to Lutzville on the R363. In the town of Lutzville turn left at the 4-way stop and then turn First Street left again. At the T-junction turn right and the golf course is on the left hand side.
