Silver Lakes Country Club is part of an upmarket residential estate which is located in Bushveld country, about 20km to the east of Pretoria. An abundance of  lakes and attractive water features run through this spectacular, 18-hole, gold ranked course.Water birds are nesting on the lakes and rare bird species like the African Spoonbills, Purple Gallinules and the magnificent Fish Eagle are also found on the estate.

Silver Lakes Country Club is a championship course with manicured practice facilities offering a generous tee area, chipping green, practice bunker and target greens. Other facilities include catering for functions and golf day prize givings, a restaurant, conference facilities, two tennis courts, two squash courts, excellent locker/change rooms, bar and halfway house.

Westlake Golf Club (Est 1932) welcomes visitors with its special blend of old world charm and modern amenities, with panoramic views of the surrounding Silvermine mountains. It is an easy to walk, 18-hole, gold ranked golf course characterised by towering trees lining many of its fairways. Westlake has a very interesting, yet user-friendly design with quite a few doglegs, but if you manage to stay out of the trees, you will achieve a good score.

Directions to the Wanderers Golf Club, is travel on the M1 South towards Johannesburg and take the Corlette Drive off-ramp towards Wanderers/Rosebank. Travel on Corlett Drive and pass the Wanderers Cricket Stadium on your right. Immediately after the stadium turn right at the traffic light into Rudd Road and the entrance to the golf club is on your right.
