The De Zalze Golf Course is located within the Spier Wine Eastate near Stellenbosch in the Cape Winelands. It is a platinum ranked course designed by Peter Matkovich, who made the most of the stunning setting and created a course that places a premium on accuracy.

De Zalze golf course offers a fine mix of parkland holes, its main defences being the water features on several of the holes. The oak-lined Blaauwklippen River winds its way through the golf estate and comes into play at intervals.

East London Golf Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in South Africa, and one of the best Championship courses (platinum ranked) in South Africa. The East London Golf Club was skilfully fashioned out of dense coastal bush, hills and dunes, and is located just a few metres away from the warm water of the Indian Ocean. Golfers must contend with steep climbs up and down the dunes, and more often than not, they will have to contend with a fierce wind whistling through the valleys.
